This is my very first year participating in the Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk. It is a 60 mile walk beginning in Kenosha, WI and concluding in Chicago, IL. I am so honored to be able to contribute to this worthy cause. I need to raise $1,900.00 by May 17, 2002 in order to participate in this wonderful journey. Won't you help me in this fight to banish this dreadful disease? Many lives will be saved thanks to your kindness. Many of us, including myself, have been touched by this disease. My friend since childhood lost her mother to breast cancer. She did not get to live to see the beautiful grandchildren that came along after she was no longer with us. In my heart, I know that this event will help prevent this from happening to others. God bless all of you and Thank You once again for giving from the heart.
